The “table of contents” of the book is shown BELOW. The book has “Introductory” and “Concluding” chapters. However, core of the text is the four (4) finfish chapters.

COMMENTS
Paul Greenberg, “Four Fish”, 2010 is a book about Ocean . The four finfish are: salmon, seabass, cod & tuna. Salmon is a migratory freshwater fish for its spawning. Chilean Seabass is a deep-oceanic waters finfish. Cod is a coastal-ocean water finfish. Tuna is a transoceanic waters finfish.

Only four (4) shellfish and three (3) finfish are amongst the top twenty-two (22) meats. Shellfish: Lobster, Crab, Scallop & Shrimp were ranked. Finfish: Salmon, Catfish & Tuna were ranked.
Catfish is a freshwater fish that is heavily farmed. Paul Greenberg concluded all types of fishes will be from farming in the future (as Tilapia, Shrimp & Catfish today).
