Paul Greenberg, “Four Fish”, 2010 was a nonfiction fishery book. The four fish are: Salmon, Tuna, Cod and Chilean Seabass. All four fish are now part of fish farming. American annual consumption of “fishes” (shellfish & finfish) 16 pounds per capita. The global annual per capita consumption is 32 pounds. Shellfish shrimp is 4 lbs; and Finfish: tilapia, salmon, tuna are each 2 lbs of the American consumption.
