Here I present: ”Neurodevelopmental Poor-language Loss Hand-skills” (NDPLHS), Mendelian Inheritance in Man’, 1966.
INTRODUCTION.
Neurodevelopmental poor-language loss hand-skills (NDPLHS) is an autosomal dominant disorder characterized by developmental stagnation or regression apparent in the first years of life and manifest as loss of purposeful hand movements, loss of language, and intellectual disability.
There is evidence that neurodevelopmental poor-language loss hand-skills (NDPLHS) is caused by heterozygous mutation in the gamma-aminobutyric acid B receptor-2 gene (GABBR2) on cytogenetic location 9q22.33 and genomic coordinate 9:98,288,109. Nine (9) other genes besides GABBR2 in the 9q22.33 cytogenetic location are listed BELOW.
