


This is a book from a trichotomy (3 parts) perspective of: food, genes, culture. Gary Paul Nabhan is an agriculturist; and for him “culture is agriculture: agriculture is culture” the reverse. However, the specialized language barrier of genetics is the topic of this blog post.
