The Covid-19 used protein evolution of the morbidity and comorbidity to cause death during the pandemic. The list of the eleven (11) protein genes of comorbidity is: ACE, AGT, CCR5, CX3CR1, F2, IL1B, IL1RN, IL6, MBL2, NRP3, TLR4. These eleven (11) traits are associated with Coronary Artery Disease, Hypertension & Diabetes Mellitus (shown ABOVE).

Here I presented: Margaret O. Dayhoff (1925-1983), “Computer Analysis of Protein Evolution”, Scientific American, volume 221, July 1969, pages 86-95.
COMMENTS
Margaret O. Dayhoff was a professor at the Georgetown University in Washington DC until 1983 (I meet her in 1983). Bioinformatics was the field she pioneered in the 1960’s. The Covid-19 pandemic used the “Human Genome Project” reduce comorbidity of Coronary Artery Disease, Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus to the eleven (11) traits mentioned ABOVE. Margaret O. Dayhoff was the very first person I know of in this field of Bioinformatics.
