Jane Goodall, “Eat Meatless: Good for Animals, the Earth, and All”, 2021 is a cookbook by famed conservationist Jane Goodall. Vegan recipes are often presented as everything, except “tasty”. Why non-vegetarians are “omnivores” is essentially the “taste of the metabolites”. Myself, I focus on the “psychology of metabolite taste”; and, I don’t consider the source as important. If the same metabolites are either plant or animal origin is irrelevant.
This is a view of “molecular biology”; and, field biology conservationist such as Jane Goodall take the opposing position. In the Bible, New Testament: Jesus said; “What goes into your mouth does not defilement you; but, it is what comes out of your mouth is defilement”. Christ is the last word in my view; and, his Matthew 15:11 remark means eat what you want.
