Alexander Oparin, “Origin of Life“, 1924 was a book on the origin of cellular life. Arcady Mushegian in 1996 concluded that an origin cell would consist of 256 genes. Shown in the table ATOP, the cellular physiology percentage of these 256 genes are given. The metabolites written SMILES’ notation are used by other researchers concerned with prebiotic chemistry. The sequence comparison method applied prebiotic metabolites is a future area of research.
