Here I present: “Anesthesia Malignant Hyperthermia”, Victor McKusick, Mendelian Inheritance in Man’, 1966. 麻醉恶性高热。(MH).
INTRODUCTION.
Anesthesia Malignant Hyperthermia (MH) is a potentially lethal pharmacogenetic disease for which MH susceptibility is transmitted as an autosomal dominant trait. A potentially life-threatening MH crisis is anesthesia triggered by exposure to commonly used inhalational anesthetics and depolarizing muscle relaxants.
There is evidence malignant hyperthermia type-4 (MSH4) pharmacogenetic disease, is caused by the mutation in the MSH4 gene on cytogenetic location 3q13.1 and genomic coordinates 3:103,100,001-111,600,000. The screenshot of the MSH4 gene 8,500,000 bp (base pairs) of DNA sequence length is shown BELOW. Nine (9) other genes besides MSH4 in the 3q13.1 cytogenetic location are listed BENEATH.
