The best restaurants in the world are in New York City. The cuisine of the city reflects a diversity of Europeans at its backbone (shown BELOW).

Turkey is an European country (shown ABOVE); and the capital Istanbul is accessible by the JFK International Airport of New York City.

COMMENTS.
New York City is referred to as the “BIG APPLE”. This is a metaphor of “the city as its food”. The best restaurants in the world are in New York City the “BIG APPLE”.
Istanbul, TURKEY is accessible by flying to other American cities (shown ABOVE). The largest city in the world are listed ABOVE.
LARGEST WORLD CITY.
Constantinople (Istanbul), Turkey 1650 AD 700,000 people.
Beijing, China 1710 AD 900,000 people.
London, England 1825 AD 1.35 million people.
New York City, United States 1925 AD 7.774 million people.
Tokyo, Japan 1965 AD 23 million people.
Today, Tokyo JAPAN is the most populous city in the world; and New York City is second. Tokyo JAPAN, like Istanbul TURKEY has some of the finest restaurants in the world.
Large city populations tasting foods is what it takes for a cuisine to reach world class status. The subway of New York City (map shown BELOW) is a way to the best restaurant food anywhere.
You have not lived, until you take a bite of the “BIG APPLE” that is New York City.
