- Similarly here I present: Kentaro Kobayashi, “Easy Japanese Cooking: Noodle Comfort”, 2009 which was a cookbook of Japanese noodles.
Kentaro Kobayashi gives his excellent version of classic “Italian Spaghetti Bolognese”; but, the cookbook is based on more than “pasta”.

With “pasta” (Italian noodle) are Chinese, Japanese & other Asian (Vietnamese “pho” noodles) noodles in cookbook. The noodles from Japan include “yakisoba” & “rice vermicelli noodles” that give Japanese cuisine its esoteric, uniqueness.
