The purpose of ATC is “Defined Daily Dosage” of drugs, referred to as ATC-DDD which is a stamp of approval by UN-WHO. That is why the 100 list not”encoded”; UN-WHO is opposed to the of all 100 items on the list. ‘Ecstasy”, “LSD” …etcetera… are of no use in Modern Medicine, and any “DDD” defined daily dose is usually unlawful.
