Here I present: “Critical Thinking Skills”, ALBERT EINSTEIN, “On the Theory of Brownian Motion”, 1905.
INTRODUCTION.
Albert Einstein wrote his doctorate dissertation “On the Theory of Brownian Motion”, in 1905. His advisers did not approve his dissertation on his first attempt. He “stuck to his guns” by adding only one (1) single sentence to the doctorate dissertation. The advisory objections remaining, Albert Einstein was still granted his doctorate of philosophy (PhD) in 1905.
In the “Rare Books Collection” of the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. there is the original dissertation manuscript. I made an appointment to examine Albert Einstein’s dissertation manuscript during the time I lived in the city of Washington, D.C.
COMMENTS.
Albert Einstein was a prolific writer. His PhD dissertation consists of the essence of his written output; and that is “critical thinking skills”. “Critical thinking skills” is a synonym for “creativity”. Albert Einstein wrote “critiques” on topics in all areas of physical sciences. I list BELOW what is displayed in the poster of “critical thinking skills”.
