This is a list of the thirty-three (33) culinary mushrooms. The genus “Agaricus” consists of five (5) culinary mushrooms: Button, Chestnut, Flat, Horse, & Portobello. The genus “Pleurotus” consists of two (2) culinary mushrooms: Eryngii & Oyster. The genus “Craterellus” consists of two (2) culinary mushrooms: Chanterelle & Trompette.

SUMMARY.
Liz O’Keefe is the photographer for the book; and, O’Keefe’s photography is excellent. An example of the recipes photography is the recipe for “Crab-Stuffed Eryngii Mushrooms” (shown BELOW.
COMMENTS.
This cookbook published in 2018 was my favorite cookbook of that year. I liked recipes for mushrooms in the cookbook using: rabbit, lamb, wild-boar, sea bass, monkfish, and duck. The book consisting of fifty (50) recipes; and, the ingredients just mentioned work well with mushrooms.
