- Chetna Makan, “Chetna’s 30 Minute Indian: Quick & Easy Everyday Meals”, 2021 was a cookbook that was the topic of an earlier blog post.
Raghavan Iyer, “Betty Crocker’s Indian Home Cooking“, 2001 also was a cookbook that was the topic of an earlier blog post.
Here I present: Janet Zimmerman, “Ninja Foodi Digital Air Fry Oven Cookbook: 75 Recipes for Quick & Easy Sheet-Pan Meals”, 2019 was a cookbook for convection oven. The recipe shown in the photograph below “Chicken Stir-Fry” is typical of the sheet-pan recipes in this cookbook.
This specifically, is a beginners to Air-Fry countertop ovens cookbook. The value of the “digital convection” versus “toaster” oven is not having to heat-up your house doing a recipe. A “convection” oven has a fan inside the cooking chamber, that cooks food faster than a “toaster” oven. As you can see from the control-panel (shown in the photograph below) of the “Ninja” convection oven it is “digital”. I have used this oven and find it easy to use.
“Ninja Foodi Digital Air Fry Ovens” come in extended height models (shown in the photograph below). These taller models allow you to use this oven as the sole kitchen oven. If you have a small apartment, or small household this oven is a good choice.
