The United States of America (USA) is a nation of three (3) oceans: Arctic, Atlantic & Pacific Oceans. Alaska’s cookery is Arctic Ocean: California cookery is Pacific Ocean: New York City cookery is Atlantic Ocean.

Atlantic coastal New York City has people speaking at home three-hundred (300) languages.  

Pacific coastal Los Angeles is also a city of three-hundred (300) languages.

COOKING MELTING POT.

 The “melting pot” of the USA just described ABOVE are the recipes in this cookbook.

The United States of America (USA) is a three (3) Oceans (Arctic, Atlantic & Pacific) “cooking pot”. ­Identity is food for any anthropological group, and the USA is no different.  

This cookbook is a good collection of USA cookery. Indian Ocean & Southern Ocean are not part of the USA; but people from Australia and India-Pakistan are in USA cookery. Anthropological groups with from the world of languages is American recipes.
