Nina Simonds, “Asian Wraps: Deliciously Easy Hand-Held Bundles to Stuff, Wrap & Relish”, 2000.

Natalie Thomson, “Wraps: Try the Tortilla hack with over 80 quick & easy Recipes” 2021 was the topic of an earlier blog post.

Jaffrey Alford & Naomi Duguid, “Flatbreads & Flavors”, 2008 also was the topic of an earlier blog post.

Here I present: Nina Simonds, “Asian Wraps: Deliciously Easy Hand-Held Bundles to Stuff, Wrap & Relish”, 2000 was a cookbook on hand-held wraps from Asia.

At the top of this blog post is the photograph of “BBQ Pork Loin with Asian Slaw” from the Nina Simonds, “Asian Wraps” cookbook.  Just above is “Duck & Shitake Mushroom Lettuce Wrap”.  Below is a photograph of Korean “Kimbap Sushi” using Nori Seaweed as wrapper.  These are examples of recipes in this cookbook.  I like the combination of “leaves” & “flatbreads” as wrapper in different recipes of the cookbook.

Here I presented: Nina Simonds, “Asian Wraps: Deliciously Easy Hand-Held Bundles to Stuff, Wrap & Relish”, 2000 was a cookbook on hand-held wraps from Asia.  This cookbook is a survey of the topic; but, California Culinary Academy, “Wrap & Roll”, 1998 is another cookbook on this topic that I recommend.
