ATOP in gray color with black & red type is my Table of Flesh Protein and Flour Protein.  Flesh protein is: Meat, Bird, Finfish & Shellfish.  Flour protein is: Atta, Bajra, Besan, Rice, Dalia, Rava/Sooji,  Urad, Maize, Mung & Maida.

2.  MEALTIME FORMULA.

A picture is worth a thousand (1,000) words; and, a formula is worth a thousand (1,000) pictures.”

South Asian food in India is a formula.  Flour Protein is equated with Flesh Protein.   Flatbread is the entree in thali plates shown BELOW.
