Jerusalam is a city of one million (1,000,000) people. The city has a metro line; and, a light-rail track to coastal Jaffa from downtown Jerusalam (map shown BELOW).  

Falafel” is the national dish of several nations in the region.  Shown ATOP, “falafel” is chickpea fritters served in a flatbread “pita.  A recipe included in the cookbook.
