COMMENTS.

The map of NEPAL is shown ATOP; and NEPAL borders the INDIA state of Bihar. Pataliputra (Patna) Bihar INDIA 300 BC, 200,000 people was the largest city in the world (table of shown BELOW).  

Vegetarian and Vegan cookery began with Siddhartha Gautama Shakya (Buddha), whose life is associated with Bihar, INDIA. Nepal cookery is quintessential “vegetarian”, and Jyoti Pathak’s cookbook recipes present the vegetarian tradition.
