Here I present: Angel Burns, “Irresistible Trinidad Recipes”, 2019.  The national dish of Trinidad is “Callaloo Crab” (shown ABOVE).   Callaloo is a soup made typically with taro-leaf (dasheen), okra and coconutmilk for the crabmeat.

Trinidad
is a nation of the Atlantic Ocean, in the Caribbean Sea, near the Sargasso Sea (map shown BELOW).  The people of Trinidad are ethnically African and Indian in equal numbers.  The religion of Trinidad is Hinduism and Christian.  Trinidad has a GDP per capita higher than any Caribbean country (except Puerto Rico & The Bahamas).
