Here I present: Culinary Institute of America, “Cooking at the C.I.A”, (PBS-TV Cooking Series), 2000 was a cookbook of recipes from television. This cookbook from the television cooking show is shown above. Zojirushi “Gourmet d’Expert” Electric Skillet is also shown in the above photograph.
