Rebecca Baugniet, “500 Pizzas & Flatbreads”, 2008.

Jeffrey Alford & Naomi Duguid, “Flatbreads & Flavors”, 2008 was the topic of an earlier blog post.  Madhur Jaffrey, “Step-by-Step Cooking: Over 150 dishes from India & the Far East”, 2000 was also the topic of an earlier blog post.

Here I present: Rebecca Baugniet, “500 Pizzas & Flatbreads”, 2008 was a “flatbread” cookbook that includes “pizza”.

Here I presented: Rebecca Baugniet, “500 Pizzas & Flatbreads”, 2008 was a “flatbread” cookbook that includes “pizza”.  Compared to Jeffrey Alford & Naomi Duguid, “Flatbreads & Flavors”, 2008 Rebecca Baugniet has written a cookbook that is simple to follow.  Alford & Duguid wrote a flatbread cookbook because “flatbread” is historically the oldest bread.  Alford & Duguid gives flatbreads in the cultural culinary of all countries.  Rebecca Baugniet, in contrast simply gives a compendium of flatbread recipes.
