The diagram above is to show the ideas of Thudichum’s studies of brain. The circulation of metabolites is the first thing to come to mind. Metabolites of food and drug substances flowing into the brain anatomical regions is a topic outside the scope of the blog posts. That said, basic food metabolites of food taste will be discussed.
