The “My Plate for the Day” from the “National Institute of Nutrition” of the INDIA government is shown ABOVE. These are ingredients to be used in daily meals. The book by Archana Doshi uses Indian recommended vegetarian ingredients for mealtimes.

The India government only suggests a “daily”allowance of nutrients.
This cookbook consists 30 mealtime plans of recipes. The recipes paired in each mealtime I show BELOW on “thali-compartment” trays. I let you see BELOW what the meal looks like.
