The capital cities of Korea and Indonesia are Seoul and Jakarta; and, this cookbook is a comparison of recipes of the two capital cities.

INDONESIAN LINGUISTICS.

Korea is a peninsula is geographically defined culinary region.

In contrast, Indonesia is an archipelago chain of islands; and, cookery varies across the geography of the archipelago of islands.

Linguists group the language of the Indonesian by the term  “Austronesian language “ of the “Austric Superphyla”.  This “Austric Superphyla” is believed have branched from the “Dene-Caucasian Superphyla” in ten-thousand (10,000) BC.  These ideas are shown schematic form BELOW.

In its simplest version, the Mongolian geographic-race  is Dene-Caucasian linguistics; and, the Malay geographic-race is Austric-linguistics.
