The minerals table BELOW was presented in the earlier blog post. The Human  Body is composed:

Water 60%
Fat 16%
Protein 16%
Minerals 6%
Carbohydrate 1%
Nuclei Acid 1%

The mineral percentage of the Human Body is:

Oxygen 66%
Carbon  18%
Hydrogen 10%

Nitrogen 3%

Calcium 1.4%

Phosphorus 1.1%
Sulfur 0.25%
Potassium 0.2%

Sodium 0.15%
Chloride 0.15%
Magnesium 0.05%
Iron … trace.

Fluorine … trace.­­
Zinc … trace.

Boron … trace.
Arsenic … trace.

Selenium … trace.
Iodine … trace.
Manganese … trace.
Molybdenum … trace.

Cobalt … trace.

Lithium … trace.

Chromium … trace.

The above list is 99.5% listed percentages; and, trace elements are 0.5% of the Human Body. Silver and Gold are not listed as essential elements.

This does not mean that Au (gold) & Ag (silver) have no enzymes in vertebrate tissue by Enzyme Commission # 7.2.2.15 is an Ag (silver) translocase.  Gold biochemistry is a current research area.  Again, I don’t know of nutritionally essential studies of these two elements.

Edible foils of Au (gold) & Ag (silver) are used for Culinary garnish; and, Au (gold) & Ag (silver) in mineral water is common.

SUMMARY.

India has a cuisine traditionally used Au (gold) & Ag (silver) foil for garnish (shown ABOVE & BELOW)

Aur’a is a mineral water from a source of Au (gold) & Ag (silver) (shown BENEATH in the analysis).
