Here I present:  Valerie Ferguson, “500 Ways to Cook Vegetarian”, 2009 was a cookbook on “lacto-ovo” vegetarian.  The “table of contents” of Valerie Ferguson, “500 Ways to Cook Vegetarian” 2009 is shown BELOW.

 My favorite recipes from Valerie Ferguson’s cookbook, are listed and shown BELOW.

The “Bihari thali (tray)” ABOVE is the source of all Indian vegetarians (not only Buddhist vegetarian).   BELOW is four examples of Bihari “Mango-fruit” thali.   Mango is a fruit first domesticated in South Asia.

The BELOW “Bihari (Buddhist) thali requires many recipes for the meal. Valerie Ferguson, “500 Ways Cook Vegetarian”, 2009 contains enough recipes for Indian-style vegetarian.  It is a book of general vegetarian; however, the many recipes can be applied in different settings.
