Here I present:  Chetna Makan, “Chetna’s 30 Minute Indian: Quick & Easy Everyday Meals”, 2021 a Indian recipes cookbook by a celebrity chef.  The table of contents from Chetna Makan, “Chetna’s 30 Minute Indian”, 2021 is shown below.

 

India has a per capita egg consumption of 81 eggs annually.  Thus, the table of contents does not list “breakfast” as a mealtime but instead starts with “snacks”. The American eat 240 eggs per year; and, the Japanese eat 300 eggs annually.  That said, the table of contents of recipes is:

1.  Introduction.

2.  Snacks.

3.  Fish & Seafood.

4.  Chicken.

5.  Vegetable Curries & Sabji Dal.

6.  Bread, Rice & Noodles.

7.  Chutneys & Sides.

8.  Sweets.

 

Here I presented: Chetna Makan’ “Chetna’s 30 Minute Indian:  Quick and Easy Everyday Meals”, 2021 which was an Indian recipes cookbook by the celebrity chef.  The recipes (shown photographed above) that are my favorites from the cookbook are;
1. Paneer Onion Masala Rolls.
2. Kale, Carrot & Bean Salad.
3. Crispy Paneer Cubes.
4. Cheesy Potato Balls.
5. Sour & Spicy Potatoes.
The photographs of the recipes shown are good example of the total content of the cookbook.  Chetna Makan has written several other Indian recipes cookbooks that are of interest.
