Ray Bradbury, “The Toynbee Convector”, 1988.

The “flow of sands of time” is one view of Albert Einstein’s “gravity of mass” in dimensions of space-time “relativity”.
Ray Bradbury, “The Toynbee Convector”, 1988 was a science fiction writing of “relativity” time travel.
 H. G. Wells, “The Time Machine”, 1895 is the idea that comes to readers minds as to what a “Toynbee Convector” is?
Arnold Toynbee was a historian; and, the “Convector” is a H. G. “Wells”-type time machine.  The protagonist is “Time Traveler”; and the foil-character is “Reporter”.  “Craig Stiles” is the name of protagonist “Time Traveler”, who is a 130-year old man.  “Roger Shumway” is the name of the foil-character, man  “Reporter”.  “Reporter” interviews the “Time Traveler” who has returned from travelling 100 years into the future (the story is set in the United States of America in 1984). Craig Stiles the “Time Traveler” has “film” and “audio recordings” from his time-travel; and, “Roger Shumway the “Reporter” reviews this evidence of time-travel a hundred years in the future.

Ray Bradbury, “The Toynbee Convector”, 1988 was a time-travel, science fiction story.  HBO “Ray Bradbury Theater”, 1990 episodes of adaptation of “Toynbee Convector” starring: James Whitmore (Time Traveler), and Michael Hurst (Reporter) was well received.
