INTRODUCTION.

In this blog post I am going explain the sixty-four (64) fonts of Braille’ writing.  The table is at the BOTTOM of the page and has all sixty-four (64) Braille’ fonts.  

The basic idea is a simply a CUBE that represents numerals’: 01234567890 which are equated to letters ABCDEFGHIJ.  By turning the orientation of the CUBE all arithmetic operations can be done.  The next idea is to add dots to the #3 (apostrophe), #3&#6 (hyphen), and #6 (capital) Braille’ cell positions to COMPLETE the table of alphabetical fonts in the BOTTOM table. The entire table now requires only two (2) SHIFTS: “downward” and “rightward” (only #1&#2). 

The sighted beginner can produce the thirteen (13) columns & five (5) rows of the sixty-four (64) Braille’ fonts.  Starting with pencil and writing paper, any sighted persons can COPY the Braille’ table at the BOTTOM of the blog post.
