Here I present: Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma”, Victor McKusick, Mendelian Inheritance in Man’, 1966. (NHL) 非霍奇金淋巴。icd10=C85.9

INTRODUCTION.

Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), is a group of blood cancers that includes all types of lymphomas except Hodgkin lymphomas. Symptoms include enlarged lymph nodes, fever, night sweats, weight loss, and tiredness. Other symptoms may include bone pain, chest pain, or itchiness.

There is evidence non-hodgkins lymphoma is caused by mutation in RAD54B  gene on cytogenetic location 8q22.1 and genomic coordinates 8:94,371,960-94,475,115. Nine (9) other genes beside RAD54B in the 8q22.1 cytogenetic location are listed BENEATH.
