INTRODUCTION.

Louis Braille’ (1809-1852), “Procedure for Writing Words, Music, and Plainsong in Dots”, 1829 was a historic linguistic book.  ABOVE is the Braille script; and ATOP is the Anglo-Roman alphabet followed by three (3) languages written in cuneiform’ (the first writing script).


Writing began in Sumer, Mesopotamia’ in 3,500 BC with clay-tablets. Cai Lin in CHINA  invented “paper” about two (2) millennia ago in 105 AD; and “paper” was what Louis Braille used in 1829 for “raised dotBraille writing.  Today, around the world countries are using Braille script in one-hundred thirty-three (133) languages.
