ABOVE is the twenty-four (24) hour day of CHROMOSOMIC CLOCK and this is time Chromosome one (#1).
Here I present: “Ductal Breast Cancer”, Victor McKusick, Mendelian Inheritance in Man’, 1966.
INTRODUCTION.
Ductal carcinoma is a type of tumor that primarily presents in the ducts of a gland. Ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) is a pre-cancerous or non-invasive cancerous lesion of the breast. It rarely produces symptoms or a breast lump that can be felt, typically being detected through screening mammography. DCIS is the most common type of pre-cancer in women. It has been diagnosed in a significant percentage of men. In situ means “in place” and refers to the fact that the abnormal cells have not moved out of the mammary duct and into any of the surrounding tissues in the breast.
DNA repair and recombination protein RAD54-like is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RAD54L gene and is associated with invasive ductal breast cancer. RAD54L gene is on cytogenetic location: 1p34.1 and genomic coordinates 1:46,247,688-46,278,473 . The screenshot of the 30,786 bp (base pairs) of DNA length is shown BELOW.
