SUMMARY.
Wikipedia contributors in 2018 listed in order of popularity the sixty (60) most popular food companies (listed BELOW). Many of the companies are “international restaurant chains”; but, a local “mom & pop restaurant”often has better food. Besides restaurant chains ( McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Subway… etcetera), beverage companies are popular (PepsiCo & The Coca-Cola Company … etcetera).

SUMMARY
This book contains a “focus” on company; and, I think the “focus” should be on food.
“Mother’s milk” is in my opinion the zeroth (0) ranking food. All other foods ranking from one (1), two (2), three (3) … etcetera don’t compare to “mother’s milk” (shown BELOW is the “composition).
“Lactocyte” is the scientific term for the “milk cell” and is shown ABOVE in the diagram of the mother’s breast. “Myoepithelial Cell” is scientific term for the contractile, forcing cell of “pumping” mother’s milk. Breastfeeding is the combination of the two (2) cell types working together (lactocyte & myoepithelial cell) for the “secretion” and “pumping” of mother’s milk.

In first year of your life mother’s milk is the food of choice. Food industry companies (Nestle… etcetera) a substitute for mother’s milk of infant formula which is based on cow/goat or soy milks. Here the food companies have contributed, since infant formula is available when mother’s milk is not in the infant first year.
