Here I present: Jagadish Chandra Bose জগদীশ চন্দ্র বসু ,“Runaway Cyclone” পলাতক তুফান (Palatak Tuphan), 1896 which was a “weather control” SciFi from India. The “Bay of Bengal” in the Indian Ocean is a place where cyclones make “landfall” in Burma (Myanmar), Bangladesh, and West Bengal, INDIA often (shown in the diagram ABOVE). Besides the “cyclones”, the other tropical storms called are the “typhoon” & the “hurricane” depending upon location.
Calcutta, West Bengal, INDIA in 1864 was the site of a Bay of Bengal cyclone. The “1864 Calcutta Cyclone” was a tropical storm that killed over 60,000 people in Calcutta, West Bengal, INDIA.
